North Central Hockey League
Shoal Lake Eagles back in 2017-18

If things go as planned the North Central Hockey League may have nine teams for the 2017-18 season.

The Shoal Lake Eagles were tentatively accepted into the league for next season at the spring meeting held in Russell on Sunday, April 9. The other eight teams were represented and indicated their intention to return.

Elkhorn’s Dennis Kyle joins the league executive as a vice-president, and will also assume the new role of vice-commissioner. Kyle replaces Brent Fortune of Cardale.
